  • In this role you will overlook the following responsibilities

    As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating qualified pipeline for our enterprise sales team through both inbound and outbound activity.

    You will:
  • Qualify inbound leads and marketing enquiries
  • Conduct proactive outbound outreach into target enterprise accounts for LHH's executive options.
  • Conduct baseline research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to prospecting calls and introductory sales meetings
  • Book high-quality discovery meetings for senior sales leaders
  • Maintain accurate information about key contacts and sales activities in salesforce
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing team members to share information, provide feedback, and achieve overall sales targets
  • Here’s what you’ll need to succeed

    We are looking talent who demonstrate high achievement, drive, and commercial potential:
  • Relevant experience: evidence of high performance in work or projects
  • Leadership roles: active participation in associations, community, etc.
  • Commercial mindset: entrepreneurial projects, consulting societies, fundraising initiatives, or other evidence of initiative and business acumen
  • Knowledge
    of B2B tools (., Sales Force, Outreach, Sales Navigator etc)
  • Results-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset and natural curiosity
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Previous SDR, customer-facing, or sales experience is a plus. Experience using tools like Salesforce or Linked In Sales Navigator is helpful, but we provide training.
