As a goal-oriented member of the Outside Sales team, you will gain valuable skills through the Cintas Sales Training Program. Your responsibilities will include cold-calling, making in-person sales, conducting product demonstrations, and executing negotiations. You will utilize our CRM to manage leads, close new business, and achieve weekly quotas in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads in your territory
• Perform B2B cold-calling and in-person sales presentations
• Conduct product demonstrations for potential clients
• Utilize CRM for tracking sales activities and performance
• Meet and exceed weekly sales requirements and quotas
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license for travel
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
• 1+ years of sales experience in a similar role
