In this position with TELUS SMB, you will play a vital role in connecting with businesses of 30-100 employees, utilizing your consultative selling and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for driving new business and managing cross-sell opportunities while building enduring relationships with key decision-makers. Your efforts will not only meet quotas but also enhance customer experience across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound prospecting to acquire new clients
• Explore cross-sell opportunities within the TELUS portfolio
• Ensure robust pipeline management with required coverage
• Deliver exceptional customer onboarding experiences
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets across multiple technologies
Requirements:
• Over 3 years of B2B sales experience in technology sectors
• Successful track record of exceeding sales objectives
• Strong relationship-building with SMB executives
• Skilled in Salesforce and office productivity tools
• Demonstrated resilience in challenging sales campaigns
