This position calls for a motivated sales individual with 2+ years of experience in sales or tele-sales. You will manage the complete sales relationship cycle, reaching out to new customers while ensuring existing accounts are thriving. The role combines business development with nurturing relationships, aimed at delivering satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own customer relationships from initial outreach to fulfillment
• Manage inbound inquiries while pursuing new leads
• Keep an organized pipeline to track sales efforts
• Balance acquiring new business with maintaining existing clients
• Stay detail-oriented and ensure accuracy in communications
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in a sales/tele-sales role
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred
• Natural communicator across various mediums
• Skilled in handling over 60 calls per day
• Proficient with CRM tools and familiar with MS Office
Experience autonomy and the satisfaction of closing sales with clear goals laid out for your success.
