Here is an overview of your key responsibilities:

  • Support the development and growth of client accounts by promoting products and services to corporate clients of varying sizes.
  • Assist in generating leads, prospecting new clients, and supporting sales activities to help achieve business growth targets.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships through responsive communication and ongoing support via in-person, voice, or virtual interactions.
  • Handle client inquiries, provide product and service information, and assist in resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
Client Management & Relationship Building
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by delivering consistent, professional, and solution-focused service.
  • Maintain accurate client records, communications, and order details within CRM systems and internal databases.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support client requests, project timelines, and order fulfillment.
  • Follow up with clients regarding orders, service updates, and outstanding items as required using in-person, verbal and online methods.
  • Work collaboratively with Client Experience Executives and internal teams to support account management and project execution.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on client success and operational excellence.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to strengthen sales, product, and client service skills.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, branding solutions, and customization capabilities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments relevant to client needs.
  • Share client feedback and market insights with leadership to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Reporting Structure
  • Work independently or collaboratively as part of the Client Experience team while reporting to the Client Experience Manager or Client Experience Executive.
  • Maintain a clean and clear workstation.
  • Other duties as required.
Requirements
  • Experience in the Promotional Products Industry is an asset.
  • Proven experience in a sales role.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
  • Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Familiarity with sales processes.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational & time management skills.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
