Take your trading expertise to the next level with Broad Grain. We are hiring a Trader dedicated to market development and customer engagement in the grain industry.
As a Trader at Broad Grain Commodities Inc., you will focus on sourcing and selling commodities while collaborating closely with the Senior Trader. The role emphasizes the importance of independent work, sound decision-making, and exceptional customer service in the agricultural sector. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and managing accounts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and sell grain commodities directly
• Establish and monitor new Farm and Trade Accounts
• Partner with Senior Trader on market initiatives
• Conduct road visits to connect with existing customers
• Target new markets to drive business growth
Requirements:
• Familiarity with trading standards in agriculture
• Strong decision-making and analytical skills
• Customer-focused with a positive approach
• Successful track record in building business
• Ability to manage risk and contracts effectively
