Key Responsibilities:
• Create CADs and presentation boards for meetings
• Use Nuxeo to log styles with the Cannux team
• Coordinate new orders through the New Order portal
• Communicate product changes, delays, and potential shortages
• Handle returns and disputes while implementing SOPs
Requirements:
• Experience in sales support or related field
• Ability to operate under pressure with tight deadlines
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated
