Make an impact as an Inside Account Manager at ESET in Toronto. Utilize your French proficiency and sales skills to build strong relationships with channel partners and elevate their success.
In this full-time position, you will focus on maintaining a robust pipeline while supporting resellers in securing renewals, upselling, and cross-selling ESET products. This hybrid role allows you to work partly from home while actively engaging with the sales team and external partners across Quebec and Eastern Canada. Your contributions will directly affect ESET's growth in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and manage an organized sales pipeline
• Proactively secure customer renewals and upsell opportunities
• Support resellers through the sales lifecycle
• Create and process all necessary sales documents
• Keep detailed records of sales activities in Salesforce
Requirements:
• 2-4 years in Account Management or related sales field
• Strong fluency in French and proficiency in English
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM tools
• Preferred:
College diploma or bachelor’s degree
• Flexibility to meet travel and departmental needs
