Customer Success Manager for Nonprofits

This 12-month contract role places you at Ascend’s growth forefront, where you will build and nurture client relationships. Your responsibility is to influence clients effectively and create compelling strategies that facilitate upselling our diverse lottery products. Your ability to follow up strategically will keep opportunities progressing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs
• Discover growth opportunities within each client’s account
• Create proposals to encourage increased client investments
• Upsell various lottery-related programs to clients
• Keep track of opportunities with diligent follow-ups
Requirements:
• Experience in sales or revenue-generating customer roles
• Strong persuasive skills to influence key client stakeholders
• Persistent follow-up until objectives are accomplished
• Capable of strategic thinking linking to revenue
• Fluent in English and French for effective communication
