Tesla is seeking a Sr./Staff Project Manager to join our Canada HQ Sales Operations leadership team. As a Sr./Staff Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the long-term success of the business, with a core focus on removing friction from the car buying experience. Your key responsibilities will include leading Canada-specific sales and delivery initiatives — from Demo Drive growth and sales pipeline optimization to leasing, lending, and trade-in programs — while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver localized web experiences, manage sales campaigns, and streamline registration support.
This dynamic and multifaceted position requires exceptional communication skills, a developed understanding of business operations, and a track record of effectively guiding initiatives to success under challenging conditions.
- Serve as the project management lead for Canada-specific sales and delivery priorities.
- Focus on removing friction from the car buying experience, including Demo Drive growth, localized web experiences, sales pipeline optimization, sales campaign management, leasing and lending programs, trade-in program, and registration support.
- 5+ years of professional experience in a company or business unit of comparable complexity.
- Background in automotive sales operations, retail operations, or a related field; bonus if experienced with the Canadian automotive market or regulatory landscape.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, quality, and confidentiality.
- Can-do attitude and a manic sense of urgency.
- Willingness to work on difficult challenges and projects regardless of discipline.
