To keep pace with this growth, the Canada Sales Operations team is seeking a dynamic problem solver with exceptional ability to challenge us to think differently. This team is responsible for driving operational excellence across Tesla's headquarters sales functions in Canada, encompassing sales strategy execution, process optimization, and cross-functional alignment to support the country's rapidly growing vehicle business.

The right person is hungry to dive into critical challenges in the Sales Operations organization, breaking down silos and partnering closely with cross-functional teams across Tesla to drive the business forward.

Tesla is seeking a Sr./Staff Project Manager to join our Canada HQ Sales Operations leadership team. As a Sr./Staff Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the long-term success of the business, with a core focus on removing friction from the car buying experience. Your key responsibilities will include leading Canada-specific sales and delivery initiatives — from Demo Drive growth and sales pipeline optimization to leasing, lending, and trade-in programs — while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver localized web experiences, manage sales campaigns, and streamline registration support.

This dynamic and multifaceted position requires exceptional communication skills, a developed understanding of business operations, and a track record of effectively guiding initiatives to success under challenging conditions.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the project management lead for Canada-specific sales and delivery priorities.
  • Focus on removing friction from the car buying experience, including Demo Drive growth, localized web experiences, sales pipeline optimization, sales campaign management, leasing and lending programs, trade-in program, and registration support.
What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a company or business unit of comparable complexity.
  • Background in automotive sales operations, retail operations, or a related field; bonus if experienced with the Canadian automotive market or regulatory landscape.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, quality, and confidentiality.
  • Can-do attitude and a manic sense of urgency.
  • Willingness to work on difficult challenges and projects regardless of discipline.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and present complex information clearly.
