Elevate your career with Solenis as an Area Manager in Ontario, Canada. This remote role focuses on leading a sales team while developing technical and commercial capabilities in the food and beverage sector.
As the Area Manager, you will support a team of 4-6 sales representatives to meet sales goals and operational efficiency. Collaborate closely with customers and internal partners to drive business success while mentoring team members toward achieving their professional goals. Frequent travel of up to 50% is required for client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead sales representatives toward district goals
• Mentor and provide feedback for commercial skills development

Requirements:
• University degree with B2B sales experience
• 2-3 years of sales team leadership experience
