Position: Sales Trainee for Red Bull
Become a Sales Trainee with Red Bull, supporting sales initiatives and managing customer relationships effectively. This role emphasizes route coverage and adherence to Red Bull executional standards for “off premise” stores.

The Sales Trainee will collaborate with management and senior Account Sales Managers, ensuring product needs are met and the Red Bull brand is upheld. You will evaluate competitor activities and cover various routes, contributing to sales growth. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support sales initiatives and cover routes as needed

• Maintain customer relationships through professional interactions

• Evaluate competitor activities and report findings

• Meet monthly key performance indicators and goals

• Ensure proper product rotation and cleanliness of equipment

Requirements:

• Preferred sales experience in consumer packaged goods

• Knowledge of the beverage market is a plus

• Excellent communication and people skills

• Current driver's license and clean driving record

• Ability to work flexible shifts and handle physical tasks
