Take the lead with Stateside Brands as the Regional Sales Director for Canada. Spearhead sales and distribution strategies to enhance our brand's impact across diverse markets.
This role, reporting to the Vice President of International Markets, combines strategic vision with execution on the ground. You'll be responsible for steering the sales initiatives, developing distributor relationships, and analyzing market trends to drive performance. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in sales and distribution within the alcoholic beverage sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute sales strategy with a focus on growth
• Set targets and collaborate with partners for execution
• Foster impactful relationships with distributors
• Analyze performance and identify market trends
• Conduct business reviews and track product success
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related discipline
• 10+ years of relevant sales experience
• 5+ years in managing international sales in Canada
• Proven track record with distributor relationships
• Strong analytical skills in forecasting and strategy
