PRE, an AI-powered optimization platform, is searching for a dedicated Account Manager. You will closely collaborate with the Director of Partnerships to support a variety of beauty and CPG brands.
Your role will involve meticulous organization of client communications and tracking of project deliverables. Your proactive nature will ensure that projects remain on track and well-coordinated.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in brand calls with the Director
• Keep detailed notes on key discussions and tasks
• Send clear agendas and call recaps to stakeholders
• Organize account documentation within Google Workspace
• Track project timelines and deliverables meticulously
Requirements:
• 2–4 years in account management or related fields
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using Notion and Google Workspace
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks
• Enthusiasm for the beauty and CPG sectors
