Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to develop and maintain relationships with property managers, insurance professionals, brokers, adjusters, facility managers, and commercial property owners. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, growing referral partnerships, and expanding our market presence.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with property managers, insurance adjusters, brokers, consultants, and commercial clients.
- Generate new business through networking, prospecting, cold calling, and client meetings.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities and referral partnerships.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, networking functions, and association meetings.
- Conduct regular client visits and presentations.
- Track sales activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM software.
- Provide weekly activity and pipeline reports.
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure excellent client service and retention.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related role.
- Experience in restoration, insurance, construction, property management, or a related industry is preferred.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
