The Business Development Account Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing client relationships to achieve business growth. This position requires a blend of strong communication and analytical skills, focusing on strategies that align with EHN Canada's goals. You will collaborate with various teams to meet client needs and retain their business through excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate on business objectives and strategies
• Manage onboarding processes for new accounts
• Identify and prioritize high-value account opportunities
• Conduct meetings and check-ins to gather client feedback
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in Enterprise Account Management
• Post-secondary education in business preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proven presentation skills to team and stakeholders
• Experience in healthcare or mental health sectors preferred
