Account Executive

Position: Dynamic Account Executive Role
Become an Account Executive with Dialogue, Canada’s top virtual care provider, and engage organizations to enhance employee wellness. This position focuses on individuals and small businesses with up to 1,500 employees in eastern Canada.

As you report to the Director of Sales, your mission is to manage all aspects of the sales process from initial contact to closing. You’ll thrive on building meaningful client relationships while navigating complex environments.

Your role demands quick thinking, adaptability, and excellent interpersonal skills to influence decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire sales cycle for new territories

• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from scratch

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close deals

• Identify and approach potential clients diligently

• Effectively present solutions to senior leadership teams

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in complex B2B sales

• Strong history of generating new business and building partnerships

• Capable of maintaining executive presence during sales presentations

• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment

• Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM software
