We offer a base salary of $65,000 - $72,000 CAD, with performance-based variable compensation bringing your on-target earnings (OTE) to $90,000 - $110,000

AboutThe Role
We’re looking for a relationship-driven Wholesale Account Lead who is excited about building partnerships, growing accounts, and creating meaningful customer experiences. This role is a mix of inside sales, account management, and field relationship building — ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, spotting opportunities, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships.
You’ll work closely with the Marketing, and Operations teams to support growth across wholesale, retail, wellness, fitness, spa, and boutique channels. From nurturing existing accounts to bringing in new business, you’ll play an important role in helping us expand our reach and strengthen our customer relationships.

What You’ll Be DoingBuilding & Growing Relationships
- Develop strong relationships with wholesale, retail, wellness, fitness, spa, practitioner, and boutique partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events
- Support and grow existing customer accounts through regular communication, follow‑up, and ongoing partnership development
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and on‑site visits to better understand client needs and support sales growth
- Represent the company at local and national trade shows, demos, and events
Driving Sales & Supporting Growth
- Collaborate with Marketing, and Operations teams to support campaigns, product launches, and account initiatives
- Deliver thoughtful and engaging sales presentations and product education to customers and partners
- Use CRM tools and reporting systems to manage customer relationships, sales activity, and follow‑ups
- Monitor customer feedback, industry trends, and competitor activity, and share insights with the team
- Support the development of sales and trade marketing materials alongside the Marketing team
Customer Support & Account Management
- Be a trusted point of contact for customers by providing responsive, professional, and solution‑oriented support
- Help manage customer portals, account processes, and order coordination
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a problem‑solving mindset
- Maintain accurate records, activity reports, and territory updates
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer relationship management
- Experience with in wellness, supplements, luxury retail, fitness, or related industries is an asset.
- A natural ability to build relationships and communicate confidently with a wide variety of people
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Comfort working independently while also collaborating closely with a team
- Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools
- A proactive mindset with strong follow‑through and attention to detail; adaptability, motivation, and excitement to contribute ideas and solutions
- Additional language skills such as French, Cantonese, or Mandarin are considered an asset.
