Shape the sales landscape as a Regional Sales Manager with ROBINSON. Focus on driving sales growth and strengthening relationships with customers and suppliers in this impactful role.
Reporting to the VP Showroom Group, this position requires over a decade of experience in sales or account management, including substantial leadership of an Outside Sales team. You will leverage strategic thinking to maximize performance through budgeting and data analysis, while inspiring and developing your team to capture market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue key market opportunities
• Motivate the sales team for profitable growth
• Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
• Create competitive quotations and compelling presentations
• Monitor sales performance against regional objectives
Requirements:
• 10+ years in sales, preferably in retail
• 5+ years leading Outside Sales teams
• Background in plumbing or lighting preferred
• Ability to drive revenue growth and exceed targets
• Strong relationship-building skills
