Join Square as a Field Sales Executive in Toronto. This role focuses on executing a self-sourced sales motion and building strong relationships with local businesses.
As a Territory Account Executive at Square, you'll drive high-impact sales initiatives while empowering businesses in your territory. You'll operate in a dynamic environment, spending most of your time visiting and engaging with local sellers, delivering demonstrations, and closing deals across our comprehensive product suite.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in 50-60 targeted visits to local businesses weekly
• Run full-cycle sales from lead generation to closing
• Cultivate trust-based relationships within the community
• Implement disciplined referral and outreach strategies
• Track sales activities and pipeline in Salesforce diligently
Requirements:
• 3+ years sales experience in field roles
• Strong track record in exceeding sales quotas
• Proven ability in business development activities
• Access to reliable transportation in the designated area
• Ability to work collaboratively within a sales team
