This freelance position at Fable & Mane requires a dedicated individual to help grow the brand's presence in the competitive beauty market. You will work closely with Sephora Beauty Advisors, conducting training and executing in-store events.
Your role will demand effective communication alongside a proactive attitude to support sales goals and brand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build professional relationships with retail partners
• Conduct in-store events to drive brand initiatives
• Train Beauty Advisors in brand techniques
• Proactively communicate brand and sales opportunities
• Manage your schedule and territory effectively
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of beauty industry experience
• Strong familiarity with in-store retail environments
• Ability to motivate others and work collaboratively
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Availability for travel as needed
