In this full-time role, you will act as a technical advisor during client engagement and onboarding. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver customized solutions that enhance customer experiences. Your ability to manage post-sales activities will ensure ongoing support and satisfaction with the product.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead client discovery and solution design sessions
• Onboard new clients and manage product rollouts
• Support integration discussions with technical teams
• Resolve issues and monitor account performance
• Develop technical documentation and proof-of-concept solutions
Requirements:
• Experience as a Sales Engineer or similar technical role
• Strong skills in communication and presentation
• Knowledge of API integrations and cybersecurity
• Familiarity with AWS and cloud technology
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced settings
