This role is an outside sales position that provides customers with solutions to their work apparel needs—weekly laundry, delivery, repair, replacement, and company branding—to help teams across every industry look professional and perform.
In this business‑to‑business (B2B) sales role you will apply the skills learned in the Cintas Sales Training Program, including cold‑calling, in‑person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection‑handling, and closing.
Responsibilities- Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory.
- Use the CRM to identify opportunities, conduct sales activities, and close new business.
- Consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas.

Required
- High School diploma or GED.
- Valid, full, unrestricted driver's license.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and Contact Management System (CMS).
Preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Prior sales experience (1+ year), preferably in a similar role.
- Prior new business‑to‑business (B2B) sales experience.

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $70,000 and $120,000 per year. Base salary plus earned commissions. The range takes into account factors considered in compensation decisions, including skill sets, experience, training, performance, and business needs.
