Join Orgvue as a Senior Account Manager, focusing on enterprise clients and strategic growth. Drive engagement and retention while managing a portfolio of high-value accounts.
In this dynamic role, you will work closely with key leaders at large organizations, using your commercial acumen to foster strong relationships with CHROs, CFOs, and COOs. Your main goal will be to ensure client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for upselling and expanding services. You will manage a portfolio valued between $2-6 million, facilitating ongoing business reviews and account strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow relationships with executive stakeholders
• Identify and recommend business solutions tailored to clients
• Maintain a strong pipeline for upsells and renewals
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs
• Lead presentations to showcase the Orgvue platform
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
• Proven ability in client-facing roles
• Extensive knowledge in HR technology and related domains
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience managing projects independently
