The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales and established relationships within Eastern Canada’s refinery market. You'll be responsible for developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining key client relationships. Regular travel to client sites is necessary for successful engagement and market assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement targeted sales strategies
• Effectively communicate FLINT’s technical solutions
• Identify and foster new business opportunities
• Maintain relationships with engineering and maintenance teams
• Provide insightful consultations on overlay solutions
Requirements:
• 7–10+ years of experience in technical sales
• Proven success in oil & gas and petrochemical markets
• Established client relationships in key regions
• Knowledgeable about corrosion, alloys, and ASME standards
• Results-oriented with a self-motivated approach
