Inside Sales Representative; Bilingual French + English Speaker

Position: Inside Sales Representative (Bilingual French + English Speaker)
Requirements   Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, and listening in both French and English
Preferred- 1-year experience in B2B sales, value-based solution sales, telemarketing, outbound sales, inbound sales, account management, or business development in the high-tech or SaaS industry
Experience in MS Office Suite, Word and Excel, MS Outlook, Fusion Order Entry, and CRM tools like Salesforce
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills, including prioritizing, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines
What the job involves   This is a 4-month contract that can extend into a permanent position
As our French/English Bilingual Inbound Sales Representative, you will handle all incoming sales-related calls. Every day, you will sell to various customer demographics, from existing to new clients, with a strong focus on tailoring solutions to our customers' needs

Manage conversations with prospective accounts (incoming phone calls and web chats) to build relationships
Determine needs for the Sage 50 product and upsell or cross-sell opportunities
Meet or exceed the defined monthly sales quota
Maintain an accurate pipeline of sales opportunities
Manage time appropriately to ensure that SPE productivity standards and KPIs are met regularly
