Become a Field Sales Specialist with Rogers in the Greater Toronto Area and connect with customers through door-to-door service. Help promote home services that enrich daily living through reliable technology.
As part of the Residential team, you will play a critical role in enhancing customer experiences by selling TV, Internet, and Home Phone solutions directly at their homes. This position is ideal for motivated individuals who are enthusiastic about providing excellent service and who thrive in various environments. You'll be responsible for generating new sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales of home services through personal visits
• Follow up on leads to create new customer opportunities
• Represent Rogers positively in all customer interactions
• Ensure customers' questions are answered effectively
• Conduct all activities in line with corporate guidelines
Requirements:
• Sales experience, preferably in a door-to-door format
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Adaptability to work outdoors in diverse weather
