Fiscal.ai is looking for two Strategic Account Managers to drive client growth and success. This role requires at least three years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success within the B2B SaaS or Fintech sectors. You'll work closely with asset managers and financial institutions, diving into renewal processes and upselling. Your ability to lead strategic conversations will be crucial for enhancing existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate clients on services to drive cross-sell opportunities  

• Manage renewals ensuring strong retention rates  

• Cultivate relationships with C-suite and key stakeholders  

• Conduct regular business reviews to align goals  

• Keep detailed records for account health and opportunities  

Requirements:  

• Minimum 3 years in Account Management in Fintech  

• Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets  

• Capital Markets experience is a significant asset  

• Technical understanding of APIs and data services  

• Strong presentation skills for senior-level negotiations
