Jobber helps small home service businesses—plumbers, painters, landscapers—enhance their operations through technology, providing tools for quoting, scheduling, invoicing, and payment collection.
The team
Our Sales team builds strong relationships by understanding each customer's business, delivering solutions, and celebrating growth together with one another.
The role
Drive connection with potential customers through phone, email, and SMS outreach.
Connect with small businesses to understand their challenges and goals.
Provide recommendations on how to best utilize Jobber, from specific workflows to feature fits.
Demonstrate the value of Jobber through conversation, social proof, and product demonstrations.
Partner with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to create a strong customer experience and exposure to the Jobber product.
Manage and close opportunities generated by SDRs.
Run discovery calls and deliver product demos.
Close new business and help customers confidently choose Jobber.
Attach add‑on users and other features that help customers get more value from Jobber.
Book new customers into onboarding to set them up for success.
Track key information in Salesforce for follow-up, knowledge sharing, and analytics.
To be successful, you will need
Demonstrated sales experience with commission and/or targets.
Ability to drive urgency and excitement in a dynamic, high‑volume environment.
Tenacity, discipline, and resilience to navigate highs and lows in the sales cycle.
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Data‑driven mindset to interpret and communicate insights.
Coachable and adaptable in a constantly evolving sales environment.
Passion for technology and enthusiasm to share that excitement with customers.
Clear and confident communication style, with strong listening and consultative skills.
Previous experience with a CRM system, preferably Sales Force.
Compensation
The role offers a base salary of $50,000 and a commission of $30,000, for an On‑Target Earnings (OTE) of $80,000. The commission structure is uncapped and paid monthly. Additional benefits include equity rewards, health and wellness stipends, retirement savings matching, and an extended health package with fully paid premiums.
Work hours
Monday – Thursday: 11 am – 8 pm MST
Friday: 9 am – 6 pm MST
