Bilingual Sales Rep; English - Hindi

Position: Bilingual Sales Rep (English - Hindi)
Overview  Our client is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our products over the phone and email. You will be required to provide excellent customer service, identify customer needs, and offer appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
Responsibilities   Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell our products.
Receive inbound calls and emails from potential customers interested in our products and services and provide product information and pricing.
Manage and maintain customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is recorded.
Meet or exceed sales targets and monthly quotas.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers.
Requirements   Minimum 2 years of experience in a call centre sales environment is an asset.
Additional language skill  (Hindi, Punjabi and Gujarati)  is highly preferred because of the nature of our customer base.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle over 60+ calls per day efficiently.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including CRM tools and MS Suite.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Customer service-oriented attitude.
This is an in-office position, not a remote position. This role will require you to work in our Markham office Monday through Friday.
