You'll also collaborate with our operations team to deliver excellent service and maximize client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the GTA

• Build strong relationships with commercial property owners

• Conduct client meetings and property assessments

• Prepare and negotiate proposals for services

• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and follow up promptly

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, business development, or metrics-driven roles

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Comfort visiting clients and traveling throughout the region
