Valmont is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in building strategic relationships. Collaborate with the Sales Director and Marketing team to enhance brand presence and sales initiatives across the assigned territory. Your work will focus on prospecting new accounts and managing existing client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify potential brand partners within the territory
• Conduct cold calls and initiate outreach efforts
• Manage account openings and coordinate events
• Enhance customer experience with personalized strategies
• Oversee inventory and recommend merchandising practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
• 3 years in a business development role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Experience in luxury cosmetics or related fields
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
Drive growth in the luxury beauty segment through strategic relationship building and effective sales management.
