Join Wireless DNA as a Partner Sales Enablement Manager to empower Sub-Dealer Partners. Utilize your telecom expertise to enhance sales effectiveness through focused training and compliance initiatives.
This role is crucial for driving partner performance across Sub-Dealer Partner locations. You will be responsible for delivering customized training, monitoring KPIs, and conducting site visits. Ideal candidates will have significant telecom experience and the ability to build strong relationships to facilitate coaching and development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Onboard and provide continuous coaching for partners
• Create engaging training materials and resources
• Monitor and analyze partner sales performance
• Conduct regular site assessments for effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with Wireless DNA and RCI standards
Requirements:
• At least 8 years in Canadian Telecom, ideally wireless
• Proven sales enablement and partner management experience
• In-depth knowledge of wireless products and dealer systems
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Valid driver's license with travel readiness
