Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will play a vital role in educating teams and executing dynamic sales strategies. Bringing at least two years of experience in field sales, particularly in cosmetics, you will foster strong relationships and execute successful events and inventory management strategies to enhance brand perception and product availability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train and develop Beauty Advisors on products
• Create engaging in-store beauty experiences
• Oversee gondola management and stock levels
• Analyze sales data to provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with teams to maximize sales efforts
Requirements:
• Minimum two years in field sales or retail
• Experience in cosmetics, especially with Sephora
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to guide and inspire sales staff
• Capable of handling physical demands of the role
