In this vital role, you will leverage strong communication skills and CRM tools to effectively convert leads and support organizational growth. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to promote YMCA programs
• Follow sales scripts to convert leads effectively
• Update CRM systems with call outcomes and preferences
• Strive to exceed performance indicators in sales
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and brand standards
Requirements:
• High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
• 1–3 years in sales or contact centre environment
• Strong persuasive communication skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion within the YMCA brand
