As District Sales Manager, you will oversee all sales efforts and strategies for your territory. This role requires optimizing sales effectiveness while collaborating with regional partners. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage sales territory and develop inside and outside sales teams
• Schedule sales meetings and bid on prospective accounts

• Recruit and coach sales associates in effective selling techniques
Requirements:
• BS/BA degree in related discipline required
• 7+ years of relevant industry experience
• 10+ years of sales experience preferred
• Strong background in sales management
• Proven product knowledge in the industry
