Position: Principal for Investment Solutions
Join Validus as a Principal focused on Investment Solutions and drive business development initiatives. This role centers on client engagement with institutional investors, incorporating innovative investment strategies.

Reporting directly to the firm’s Chief Investment Officer, you will act as the commercial interface for investment products, targeting pension funds, insurance companies, and family offices. Your mission is to develop new revenue streams while managing existing client relationships through upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute business strategies to attract new client mandates

• Cultivate a sustainable pipeline and convert opportunities

• Manage client engagement from outreach to solution delivery

• Expand existing relationships through strategic initiatives

• Maintain rigorous sales pipeline management and reporting

Requirements:

• Sales or marketing experience in investment or structured products

• Familiarity with derivatives and bespoke solutions

• Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement

• Proficient in CRM systems and analytical tools

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
