Capco Canada is seeking a Sales Enablement Leader to drive growth and innovation. This hands-on role involves shaping sales strategies and narratives while leveraging AI technologies.
As Associate Director, Sales Enablement, you’ll collaborate with senior leaders to formulate impactful sales presentations and pursuits. With over 7 years of experience in sales enablement or a related field, your role will include developing compelling narratives that highlight Capco’s market position. This is an opportunity to influence strategic growth while enhancing client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic pursuits, RFPs, and executive presentations
• Develop compelling sales stories and value propositions
• Partner with leaders to create go-to-market materials
• Champion AI-enabled tools for proposal development
• Build and evolve sales enablement frameworks and assets
Requirements:
• 7+ years in Sales Enablement or similar role
• Proven success with high-value RFPs and proposals
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities
• Consulting or professional services experience preferred
