Key Responsibilities:
• Develop national B2B sales strategies for agency channel
• Strengthen relationships with travel agencies and consortia
• Drive adoption of Flair’s inventory via booking platforms
• Lead negotiations on commission structures and incentives
• Monitor program effectiveness and sales performance
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years in airline or commercial sales leadership
• Proven experience in agency sales and partnership development
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Experience with travel agency distribution systems
• Ability to lead high-performing sales teams
