In this role, you will act as the primary connection between BYD and its dealer network across Canada. You will develop and coach dealers to surpass KPIs while monitoring performance and market opportunities. Excellent collaboration with internal teams will enable you to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach dealership partners towards high sales and satisfaction
• Develop regional business and marketing plans
• Monitor dealer sales performance and market engagement
• Implement effective sales processes and promotional activities
• Maintain compliance with BYD’s retail standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
• Minimum 8 years of automotive management experience
• Experience with OEMs or dealer networks
• Strong negotiation and influencing capabilities
• Travel within Canada required
