In this position, you'll conduct tours of model homes while presenting key features and pricing to potential clients. Manage inquiries throughout the full sales cycle, including contract handling and coordination with teams to ensure a smooth closing process. Availability for evenings and weekends will allow you to connect with interested buyers during peak traffic periods.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and engage with prospective buyers during tours
• Clearly communicate community offerings and pricing structures
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Maintain detailed records in CRM systems
• Proactively follow up with leads to foster relationships
Requirements:
• Proven experience in new home sales or residential real estate
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Familiar with CRM and sales technology tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Valid real estate license for Ontario preferred
