Mid Market Account Manager Position

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations
• Utilize discovery sessions to inform account growth strategies
• Lead the full sales cycle from quotes to contract execution
• Track account health and expansion opportunities through data
• Work with teams like Customer Success to mitigate churn risks
Requirements:
• 3+ years of success in account retention and growth strategies
• Experience with finance-related sales processes
• Proficient in client relations and contract management
• Strong organization skills and workflow prioritization
