As an Account Manager, you will be instrumental in Ethoca’s global merchant division. Your expertise in upselling and account management will help secure long-term growth through optimizing client relationships and executing strategies that amplify profitability. Collaborating with various stakeholders, your role is pivotal in commercial negotiations and identifying new opportunities to bolster client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive revenue growth through account renewals and upselling
• Enhance profitability by leading client negotiations to close
• Cultivate strong relationships with key client stakeholders
• Collaborate across teams to identify new client opportunities
• Execute quarterly business reviews and planning sessions
Requirements:
• Experience with enterprise senior client-level stakeholders
• Proven record of hitting sales targets and retaining clients
• Understanding of Cyber Security and payments landscape
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel internationally
