At 7shifts, you’ll report to the Senior Manager, Sales Development & Partnerships, and manage a high-volume pipeline. Key tasks include making 50 to 70 outbound calls daily, utilizing sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Vidyard, and refining your sales strategies based on performance feedback. This position emphasizes developing product knowledge and core sales skills while having a direct impact on revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage conversion of inbound trials to paid subscribers
• Make 50-70 daily outbound calls to engage prospects
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce for outreach tracking
• Utilize sales tools for better prospect connection
• Deliver personalized follow-ups to enhance engagement
Requirements:
• 1+ years in cold calling or outbound sales experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals
