Salary: $60,000/year + Commission

• Clearly explain product features and service offerings to help potential customers make informed decisions, while addressing inquiries and building rapport to foster a positive customer experience.
• Meet and exceed individual performance targets related to sales, quality, and productivity, while actively contributing to broader team and business goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales outcomes, and relevant client details.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of internal systems, processes, and the full suite of products offered.
• Ensure a high standard of customer care is delivered by prioritizing positive outcomes on every call.
• Uphold compliance with all relevant standards, ensuring that all product recommendations align with internal quality and regulatory requirements.
• Foster trust and collaboration within the team to support a strong, performance‑driven work environment.
• Play an active role in achieving team-based revenue objectives.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as reasonably directed by management.
• Stay current with licensing requirements and maintain all certifications needed to operate as a licensed sales professional within applicable regions.

• LLQP licensed in Ontario (additional provinces a plus)
• Strong phone communication and active listening skills
• Sales‑driven, confident, and customer‑focused
• Team‑oriented with a self‑motivated, goal‑driven mindset
• Detail‑conscious and quick to absorb and apply new information
• Open to feedback and adaptable to change
• Resilient, positive, and thrives in a dynamic environment
• Proficient with computers and digital systems
• Experience in structured, compliance‑driven work settings (e.g., scripted)
