Key Responsibilities:
• Develop disciplined forecasting and pipeline inspection practices
• Hire, mentor, and develop an exceptional sales team
• Deliver sustained ARR growth through strategic execution
• Implement effective training programs for sales personnel
• Collaborate with marketing and product for cohesive strategies
Requirements:
• 20+ years in enterprise sales, including 10+ at VP/SVP levels
• Proven over performance in achieving sales targets
• Competency in navigating complex sales structures
• Familiarity with Gov Tech and public infrastructure markets
• Strong analytical and data-driven sales skills
