As a Home Comfort Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in assessing homeowners' comfort needs and providing suitable HVAC solutions. Engage customers, create accurate quotes, and maintain detailed records, while responding to inquiries and resolving any issues they may face. Your expertise in communications and sales will ensure each customer enjoys an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify home comfort needs through consultations
• Present detailed quotes using internal sales tools
• Address customer issues promptly and effectively
• Support new product and service launches
• Maintain detailed reports in company systems
Requirements:
• Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience in HVAC sales preferred
• Valid G-Class driver's license required
• Strong communication abilities
• Self-driven with strong organizational skills
