Reporting to the Director of Sales, this key role emphasizes generating and nurturing sales among existing clients. You'll collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs. Tracking activity via CRM and managing sales forecasts will be your daily tasks, ensuring you meet established performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strengthen relationships within assigned customer accounts
• Present and demonstrate telecom products effectively
• Understand and assess clients' business requirements
• Maintain records of all sales activities in the CRM
• Formulate strategic plans for account development
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in telecom
• High school diploma with a degree in Business or related field
• Comprehensive knowledge of telecom services and products
• Experience with CRM systems for sales management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
