Senior Manager, Sales

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Account Executives, including recruitment, hiring and training.
• Coach and mentor direct reports to drive sales wins and career growth.
• Participate and lead client and prospect meetings, engaging at C‑level in enterprise customer organizations.
• Report on sales activity, forecast to senior sales management, and maintain accurate sales activity and forecasting data.
• Consistently monitor sales activity, track results and adjust strategies.
• Lead and monitor demand generation activities, customer awareness and engagement initiatives.
• Develop and implement successful sales campaigns.
• Work cross‑functionally with internal partners and corporate resources to support a successful team and consistent processes.
• Build corporate relationships and executive engagement to support success.

• 2+ years of sales leadership experience leading a team of seven or more quota‑carrying sales professionals.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of creating and leading successful sales teams.
• Excellent presentation, executive engagement and negotiation skills.
• Experience in consultative selling and coaching sales teams.
• Strong leadership capabilities and ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Strong engagement, communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence in a "win‑as‑a‑team" environment.
• Resourceful, courageous communicator and trusted advisor to customers and colleagues.
• Prior experience working in the Software/Infrastructure/Platform (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) space.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required; core competencies such as leadership roles, military service, volunteer experience may be considered.
