You will connect with HR leaders, engaging them with our unique offerings while gaining hands-on training from day one. Whether you're new to sales or have experience, this role is designed for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify key contacts and prospects within target organizations
• Conduct outreach through outbound calls, emails, and social platforms
• Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team effectively
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads using Salesforce
• Share insights with Marketing and Sales for strategy refinement
Requirements:
• Preferred post-secondary education or relevant experience
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Persistent and goal-driven approach to sales
• Ability to work in a high-performance environment
• Willingness to learn new technologies, Salesforce knowledge is a plus
